| Dormitory-style, 12 bunk beds (24 persons) per room, 4 rooms per bunker, restrooms in each bunker, showers located below. | |
| Luau Dinner | $22 per person |
| Luau dinner includes; Mahi Mahi, shrimp, Hog Wing (pork), crab cakes, red beans and rice, and of course our famous Key Lime Pie. Lobster and stone crab available at market price. | |
| Island Tour | $20 per person |
| Take a 2-3 hour tour of the islands surrounding your conference center. You tell us what you would like to see, and our local captains are your host on the adventure you chose. Depending on the size of your group, there is a minimum fee, please contact us. | |
| Sunset Sail w/Dinner | $250 per boat |
| Set Sail for a sunset cruise and grill on the water as you watch the sun go down. Sailboats are 41 to 44 feet and carry a maximum of 8 people. | |
| Snorkel Trip | $25/$35 per person |
| Our snorkel trips include all your gear. A swim check is required for each participant. Depending on the size of your group, there is a minimum fee, please contact us. | |
| HAlf Day Deep Sea Fishing | $75 per person |
| Our fishing trips include all the gear and bait that you need. Maximum of 6 per boat. | |
| Group Fishing Trip | $35 per person |
